VLM15（13)型固定端P型锚具是由挤压套、螺旋筋、固定端P型锚垫板、约束圈、金属波纹管组成。其应用于后张拉预应力构件的固定端，埋入构件中不做张拉作用。为适用钢绞线直径公差范围大的现状，克服原钢丝式挤压锚安装难、挤压力值高、挤压模芯和挤压簧耗损大的缺点，我公司根据群锚夹片的锚固原理，研制出的夹片式挤压片取代以前的钢丝挤压簧，并取得了国家专利。该夹片式挤压片采用低碳工具钢经碳氮共渗工艺处理，与挤压套安装好整体配套出厂。VLM固定端P型锚具能对直径15.1~15.9mm的钢绞线进行挤压锚固，需要的挤压力值仅为钢丝式挤压锚具的85%，使操作及安装更加便捷，夹片式挤压片内外部都设计有细小螺牙，只对钢绞线产生3%的咬合损伤面积，使得该挤压式固定端锚具具有不低于97%的静载锚固性能。

Fixed-end Type P anchor is the direct opposite of Stressing Anchorage. Such anchorage system is common when the tendons are buried into the structure and no stressing is done. However prestressing force still has to be transferred into the fixed end of the structure. The dimension and layout of tendons are generally similar to Stressing Anchorage. This kind of system is suitable when strand as to be push through on site.
